Hosting
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany.
Hosting necessarily involves technical processing required to deliver the website, maintain availability, and protect the service against misuse and operational faults.
03
Server logs
When the website is accessed, the web server records technical request data. The current logging configuration includes the requesting IP address, date and time, requested resource, HTTP status, response size, referrer where supplied by the browser, and user-agent information.
The purpose is secure and reliable technical operation, error diagnosis, abuse prevention, and protection of the website infrastructure. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Under the current server rotation configuration, these logs are generally retained for approximately five weeks under the current server rotation configuration and are then overwritten or removed through log rotation, subject to any shorter or longer retention that may be necessary for a specific security incident or legal obligation.
04
Cookies, analytics and external resources
The current public website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted locally. The Access request form is disabled, and the public Access page does not load Cloudflare Turnstile. Standard technical server logs continue to be processed as described above.
If any of these technologies are introduced later, this notice will be updated before they are activated where required.
05
Access status and email contact
The Access request form is disabled and no longer collects inquiry fields or sends new form submissions. Its former submission endpoint responds with an unavailable status and does not access email delivery services.
Earlier submissions, if any, may remain in ordinary email correspondence or temporary anti-abuse records until handled or removed under the relevant retention arrangements; disabling the form does not itself erase previously received messages.
The website's published address, hello@zerofieldframework.com, remains an electronic contact channel for necessary website or legal correspondence, not an invitation for project inquiries or service requests. If you send email, your address, message and associated delivery information are processed by the applicable mailbox infrastructure to receive, assess and where appropriate respond to it. The processing basis depends on the circumstances, including legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where applicable.
Do not transmit passwords, credentials, secrets, regulated data, confidential production information or sensitive personal information by ordinary email.
06
Recipients and service providers
Technical website data may be accessible to the hosting provider and to authorized administrators where necessary for hosting, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security.
The current public website does not include third-party analytics, advertising platforms, embedded social-media widgets, or an active Access anti-bot challenge.
Direct email correspondence is handled through the hosting and mailbox infrastructure and may be accessible to authorized administrators where needed to secure, assess and respond to the correspondence. Previously received messages may remain subject to applicable retention requirements.
07
Your data protection rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
08
Changes to this notice
This notice reflects the website's present technical configuration. It must be reviewed before introducing analytics, cookies, new external services, additional submission channels, or any other material processing activity.
