A structured framework for intelligent and agentic systems built with clear governance, continuity and operational boundaries.
Explore the FrameworkZeroField provides a structured, coherent foundation for a wide range of systems, allowing them to be designed, built and evolved with greater clarity, consistency and long-term potential.
The six domains work together as an integrated model, providing the conceptual structure for intelligent systems.
ZeroField enables a wide range of systems and applications, each built on the same structured foundation.
The six domains form an integrated architecture, providing the conceptual structure that supports intelligent systems.

WHAT ZEROFIELD IS
ZeroField organizes the responsibilities that make intelligent systems understandable and operable: context, roles, authority, execution, state, memory, knowledge, evidence and interfaces. It is a framework for reasoning about how those concerns fit together, rather than a single model, agent, application or vendor-specific stack.
ZeroField provides a shared conceptual foundation for designing, structuring and evaluating intelligent and agentic systems. The Framework defines responsibility domains; Architecture turns them into boundaries and relationships; Systems applies them to concrete workflows and applications; Research examines evidence, evaluation and unresolved questions.
Defines the responsibility domains and conceptual model that organize context, authority, execution, continuity and integration.
02 ARCHITECTUREExpresses those responsibilities as boundaries, relationships, execution structure and interfaces.
03 SYSTEMSApplies the framework through agents, tools, workflows, handoffs, controls and operational state.
04 RESEARCHExamines assumptions, traces, evidence, evaluation methods and the limits of supported conclusions.
WHY GOVERNED AGENTIC SYSTEMS NEED A FRAMEWORK
A model can generate an answer. An agentic system may select tools, access data, hand work to another role, change state or trigger external effects. As operational reach grows, governance must exist in the structure of the system — not only in policy around it.
Define which decisions or actions an agent or role may take autonomously and where responsibility must transfer.
Make tool access, data access, external effects and operating limits explicit rather than implicit.
Identify approval, interruption, override and review points before execution crosses a meaningful boundary.
Preserve enough evidence to reconstruct actions, handoffs, state changes and the basis for later evaluation.
WHO ZEROFIELD IS FOR
ZeroField is intended for teams that need a shared model across design, implementation, control and evaluation — especially when intelligent behavior can affect tools, data, workflows, state or external systems.
ZeroField does not replace domain-specific security, safety, legal or compliance controls. It provides a structure for locating those responsibilities, boundaries and evidence within the wider system.
Define roles, authority, state, interfaces and execution responsibilities before they harden into implementation.
Translate agent behavior into observable workflows, permissioned tools, recoverable state and integration contracts.
Connect policy and control objectives to concrete authority, approvals, traceability and human intervention points.
Evaluate claims, traces, failure modes and evidence without treating a passing test as universal certainty.
A structured foundation with further depth across architecture, systems and research.
